Bigbeez Lunchbox & Café

Bigbeez is a food truck located 4300 Karl Rd. Its located in front of a small grocery parked out front. Its a mobile truck so it does private parties at tour location. I serves up fish, chicken, fries and a small number of deserts.

I finally had the chance to taste Bigbeez Lunchbox & Café.  It was pretty good.  To keep it plain and simple, I decided to order the wing combo and add a piece of fish.  Originally I wanted to try the perch, but it was not available.  So I tried the whiting instead and It was really good.  It was fried perfectly, the outside was crispy and the inside was flakey.  There wasn’t a lot of seasoning on it, but they did offer a large variety of flavors.  They should have added more to their menus to include everything that they offer, so people are aware of the choices provided.  The young man did a great job listing all the flavors they offered for the chicken and wings, but he had to keep repeating himself.  A menu would eliminate this possibility, but menus can change everyday so it’s understandable.  The chicken was also delicious. It was nicely seasoned and offered a variety of flavors.  I went ahead and got the garlic flavor.  Luckily the taste was not overpowering and the chicken wasn’t overcooked.  The pieces were not that big, so get some wings if you want something extra.  It would be worth it.  French fries were crinkle cut. I decided to get the fries with ranch dressing and parsley sprinkled on top.  They do offer fries with Grippos crunch on top, but I didn't try it.  Overall the fries tasted good, even after they sat in a to go box on my way home.  Bigbeez Lunchbox & Café also had desserts such as Oreos, cinnamon rolls and snickers by Aunt Cookie. 

After placing your order, they give you a number and call your name when it’s ready. The staff were very polite and gave thanks to show appreciation to the business.

I really enjoyed the food and the service.  They will need to revisit the menu by adding more items. Someone told me they had burgers, but I didn't see it on the menu.

My final review: My rating is between 1-5. One meaning needs improvement and five being the best.
